Luwam is responsible for supporting the client service and operation teams ensuring client requests are processed promptly and accurately, including cash receipts, cash disbursement, account opening, audit requests, account changes and other transactions.
Luwam joined Boston Trust Walden in 2021 as an onsite temporary employee. Previously she worked at Tufts Medical Center, as an IT Support Intern troubleshooting and installing software programs for the medical staff. Luwam earned a Health Information Technology Certificate from Bunker Hill Community College.
