Aaron is a Portfolio Manager for the Boston Trust Walden International Equity strategy. He is a member of the Investment Committee and provides primary research and analysis across sectors.
As Manager of ESG Integration, Aaron develops and refines environmental, social, and governance (ESG) integration tools and methodologies utilized by all investment strategies across the firm. He is a member of the Active Ownership, ESG Research & Engagement, ESG Integration, and Investment Committees.
Aaron began his career in 2003 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2013. Previously, he worked at Ceres where he was responsible for multi-stakeholder dialogues with companies in the energy, technology, and transportation sectors. Before joining Ceres, he worked for Pact, Inc., where he designed programs to promote responsible business practices in developing countries.
Aaron earned an MA in Latin American Studies from the George Washington University and a BA magna cum laude from Westmont College. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential, and is a member of the CFA Society Boston and the CFA Institute.
