Ann manages the firm’s human resource activities, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruiting, and organizational development. She chairs the Human Resources Committee and is a member of the Senior Management Committee, Respect, Equity, Accountability, Diversity, and Inclusion (READI) Committee, and Business Continuity Plan Team.
Ann began her career in 1989 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2006. Previously, she worked as a business partner for a large bank. She earned a BBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
