Devin is an ESG Analyst responsible for evaluating current and potential portfolio investments and engaging companies to advance sustainable business practices. In her role, Devin analyzes corporate sustainability policies, practices, and performance across a broad array of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors. She also supports engagement efforts with companies across a range of sustainability issues. Devin is a member of the ESG Research & Engagement Committee.
Devin began her career in 2020 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2025. Previously, she worked at Loring, Wolcott, & Coolidge where she served as the ESG Lead on a public equity team. In her role, Devin performed bottom-up research to contribute to the firm’s ESG integration activities and investment analysis. Prior to this, Devin served as a research associate at Focusing Capital on the Long Term, a research institute dedicated to long-term capital allocation. Devin holds a master’s from the University of Sussex and a master’s from the University of Edinburgh, both of which were fully funded degrees received as a Marshall Scholar. Devin holds a bachelor’s from the University of Illinois. She also holds the CFA Institute’s Sustainable Investing certificate.
