Jack oversees the organization’s information security program, leading security operations, risk assessments, and ongoing improvements to protect the organization from evolving threats. He manages security policies, vendor reviews, and phishing awareness initiatives while partnering with IT, Risk, and Compliance to maintain strong safeguards. He currently serves on committees that support the organization’s core business, including incident response and business continuity planning.
Jack began his career in 2011 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2025. Previously, he worked at CMB as an Information Security Manager. Jack holds a MS from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a BA from Fairfield University. He also holds a CompTIA Security+ certificate and an ISC CC certificate.
