Karen serves as Chief Operating Officer at Boston Trust Walden, overseeing corporate services and investment operations. She leads teams responsible for client service administration, information technology, business systems, mutual fund and pooled fund services, as well as investment and custody operations.
Previously, Karen served as Director of Operations and Deputy Chief Operating Officer. She has led numerous cross-functional initiatives in support of the firm’s strategic objectives and serves as a member of the Boston Trust Walden Board of Directors, as well as other committees that support core business functions.
Karen joined Boston Trust Walden in 2015 and began her career in 2001. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Boston Common Asset Management and Excalibur Asset Management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
