Natalie supports the organization’s strategic initiatives and its efforts to enhance workplace culture, focusing on representation, inclusion, belonging, employee engagement, performance, and career development. She is a member of the Human Resources Committee and the Respect, Equity, Accountability, Diversity, and Inclusion (READI) Committee.
Natalie began her career in 2017 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2025. Previously, she worked at LGC Group as a Performance & Development Manager and at Ernst & Young, supporting the People Advisory Services practice. Natalie earned a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University and holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
