Stephanie Collins

Transaction Services Analyst

Stephanie is responsible for supporting the client service and operation teams in processing and verifying transactions, troubleshooting issues, facilitating the client onboarding process and improving on processes.

Stephanie joined Boston Trust Walden in 2025. Previously, she worked at Jocelyn Pension Consulting where she served as a manager overseeing customer support, distributions, and loan processing. Stephanie earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado and is a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) through ASPPA.
