Ann A. Ward
Director of Human Resources
Ann manages the firm’s human resource activities, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruiting, organizational development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is a member of the Respect, Equity, Accountability, Diversity, and Inclusion (READI) Committee.
Ann began her career in 1989 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2006. Previously, she worked as a business partner for a large bank. She earned a BBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
