Dana Elfenbein
Analyst, Human Resources
Dana helps support all facets of the firm’s human resource activities. She also oversees the firm’s HRIS system and supports firm-wide initiatives with workforce metrics.
Dana began her career in 2005 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2019. Dana earned a BA and an MA from Clark University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Through SHRM, Dana earned the HR Certified Professional designation (SHRM-CP). She also earned the People Analytics certification as well as recognition as a Human Capital Management Qualified Advisor.
In addition to SHRM, Dana is also a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) and WorldatWork.
