Dana Elfenbein

Dana supports the firm’s human resource activities, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruiting, organizational development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Dana began her career in 2005 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2019. She previously worked at State Street Corporation, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Most recently at State Street, she was a Human Resources Analyst collaborating with HR business partners and managers to provide data, reports, and analysis to support the organization.

Dana earned a BA and an MA from Clark University. She holds the HR Certified Professional designation and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA).
