Felicity Ho

Help Desk Manager

Felicity serves as Help Desk Manager, responsible for supporting the firm’s applications, technologies, and infrastructure. She utilizes her leadership and critical thinking skills to manage escalated issues while providing superior service for the user experience

Felicity began her career in 1998 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2022. Prior to Boston Trust Walden, Felicity worked at Tocci Building Companies, Feely & Driscoll, and SUEZ LNG NA/DISTRIGAS. Most recently at Tocci Building Companies Felicity was a Network Manager, responsible for oversight of all helpdesk support issues including Office 365 adoption, vendor management and server migration. Felicity earned a BS in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University.
