Jamie Silva
Executive Assistant and Manager, Facilities
Jamie is responsible for providing support to the Co-CEOs, including project oversight for select management priorities. Jamie also manages several corporate governance activities and serves on working groups aimed at improving the Boston Trust Walden workplace experience. She is a member of the firm’s Respect, Equity, Accountability, Diversity, and Inclusion (READI) Committee.
Jamie began her career in 2017 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2018 as a Compliance Associate. Previously, she worked at the Office of the Massachusetts State Auditor. Jamie earned a BS in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Northeastern University and a MS in Leadership and Administration from Boston College.
