Oladoyin Apanpa
Human Resources Manager
Oladoyin joined the human resources team to support our roll out of strategic initiatives and to aid our continuous efforts to enhance our culture through emphasis on diversity, employee engagement, performance, and career development.
Oladoyin began her career in 2013 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2022. Previously she worked as a Human Resources Manager at Vinfen Corporation. Prior to Vinfen, Oladoyin held human resources positions in a variety of industries, including Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Medical. She earned a MS in Human Resources Management at the University of Birmingham, UK and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA).
