Sarah T. Kelly, JD, CFP®
Managing Director, COO, and General Counsel
As Chief Operating Officer, Sarah provides oversight of Client Administration, Fund Services, Information Technology, Operations, and Risk Management. She also serves as General Counsel advising the Board and the firm’s business managers on legal matters. She serves as chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee, is a member of the Trust & Investment Committee, and reports directly to one of the Co-Chief Executive Officers.
Previously, as Director of Risk Management, Sarah was responsible for the firm’s risk management and compliance programs, audit and exam management, corporate governance matters, conflicts of interest, vendor management, and investment control.
Sarah began her career in 1982 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2002. Previously she worked at BankBoston/Fleet in account management and compliance. Sarah earned a BA from the University of Rhode Island, an MEd from Boston University, and a JD from Suffolk Law School. She is admitted to the Bar in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.
