Willow Huppert
ESG Analyst
Willow is an ESG Analyst responsible for evaluating current and potential portfolio investments and engaging companies to advance sustainable business practices. She is a member of the ESG Research & Engagement Committee.
Willow began her career in 2020 and joined Boston Trust Walden in 2023. She previously worked at Boston Common Asset Management (BCAM) as an ESG Analyst. In her role, Willow conducted extensive ESG research and analysis, engaged companies to advance ESG policies, practices, and performance disclosure, and collaborated with investors and key stakeholders on various initiatives. She also led BCAM’s board diversity and inclusive finance engagement campaigns, authored sector reports and client-focused content, and oversaw the firm’s operational emissions program.
Willow earned a BS from Dickinson College and was a Baird Sustainability Fellow.
